C-level Salesperson needed
 
Experience in C-level sales or in sports marketing. This is a new business with an ground floor opportunities. We are looking for a well spoken person, preferably someone with contacts in the marketing and advertising arena to make sales calls and bring in accounts. The basics of this new business are to market products and services to captive audiences throughout the Midwest at first and then nationally. The model will include event title sponsorship, athletic endorsement, hospitality, souvenirs, client to athlete interaction.


Personal Qualities and Skills needed include:
• An individual who possesses an “Executive” presence, and is comfortable in any environment.
• Self motivated/Self starter
• Above average to excellent communication skills.
• A problem solver who can draw valid conclusions as well as communicate effective solutions.
• Assertive, with strong “sense of urgency.”
• Ability to demonstrate complex information clearly in both verbal and written format.
• Organizational and process management skills to effectively develop and execute a sales plan.
• An individual who demonstrates a high level of personal integrity.

The job requirements are: reliable transportation, a cell phone, high level of organization/product knowledge, a clean-cut appearance, and a friendly personality, generating new business through cold/warm calling,
prospecting, and closing. Heavy prospecting skills are key!
  • Location: Madison
  • Compensation: 10% Commision on floor, 25% on all above floor
  • Telecommuting is ok.
