What Does Your

 

Your company would have the rights to a display booth of at least 10’ x 10’ but not larger than 10’ x 20’. Larger display booths are available at additional cost. This booth would always have 2 people to professionally display your products, offer product samples or coupons, mailing list sign ups or do surveys.

 

Your company will be the title sponsor of an event; this will include being a part of all pre-race marketing. At this event your company would have a hospitality event for between 300 and 500 people that we would help coordinate and manage for you.

 

Your company will also be a presenting sponsor of an additional event; this will also include all pre-race marketing. At this event your company would have a hospitality event for between 50 and 500 people that we would help coordinate and manage for you. Some limitations apply or would require additional charges, these could be but are not limited to; some event locations or events, additional people, menu requirements.

 

Your company will gain official status within the series or track and this would lock out your competition from this series or track.

Your company would be connected with race team; we would help you choose this team based on your company’s values and business needs. These athletes will have apparel from casual wear and jackets to race day uniforms with your logo and name on it. The transporters that carry these cars would also carry your logo and name as it travels from event to event. Your company would also have access to the car and driver for events such as grand openings, trade shows, holiday parties, parades etc, up to 4 times each year.

 

Your name and logo along with the likeness of the car you are a part of would be on souvenir garments sold at each event. As these athletes are hero’s to the young and old alike your name and logo will be worn almost daily exposing you to potential new customers.

Each week you and anyone within your organization that you deem necessary would receive an email recapping how your car did on the track, the email traffic associated with that event, other media outlets your name and logo was associated with for this event. This recap would also include the amount of daylight travel the team transporter exposed your company name. Along with tracking devices, such as coupons or internet codes we will be able to show you your return on investment.
