How Will Promotional Material Promotional materials will include but not be limited to; point of purchase or point of display materials. This will include things such as; printed materials to hand out, display tents and the like. A display tent will be setup in a high traffic area at each event. This display booth will be attended by a minimum of 2 people that will professionally display, offer samples of your product, have potential new customers signup for mailing lists, be given information that either has a tracking coupon or drives people to your website with a code or the like to track where they found your information. This display booth will be professionally letter with your name and logo. This is where your information will be put into the hands of between 25 – 150 thousand people. | We Promote Your Hospitality At the events where you are the title sponsor and the event you are the presenting sponsor you would have a hospitality event. These events can be coordinated as business to business, client building events or can be an employee outing or some combination of the two. As the title sponsor your hospitality outing would be attended by between 200 and 500 people. This will include food and beverage, a souvenir hospitality package, and an appearance by a driver for approximately 30 minutes. As a presenting sponsor you would have all of the same benefits, only attendance would be limited to between 150 and 250 people. Some limitations apply or would require additional charges, this could be but are not limited to; some event locations or events, additional people, menu requirements. Event Promotion Your company will be the title sponsor of one event during the year, a presenting sponsor of one event and be the official company status for the year. As a title sponsor and a presenting sponsor you will be included in all printed material including but not limited to; posters, handbills, local and regional newspapers, as well as local and regional trade papers and magazines. Many of these begin distribution well in advance of any events. Several have high saturation within just a week or two of an event. As a title or presenting sponsor you would also be included in electronic media including but not limited to; television advertising, radio advertising, and internet marketing. Internet marketing alone is receiving 100,000 – 900,000 hits per month. The television and radio marketing have saturation in a specific market approximately one to two weeks in advance of an event and impressions will vary by market. Official company status will give your company a live read of 15-20 second a minimum of twice at each event. This will direct people to your booth and create brand recognition. The repetition of your name and brand will create the heightened awareness your company is seeking. | Company? Athlete Endorsements Motorsports athletes have an opportunity for your company no other athlete has, which is the ability to wear your name everywhere they go. The transporters they travel in are billboards seen by thousands of potential customers, just like roadside billboards. The cars they drive are another reminder to your new customers what and where to buy. They are, just as stick and ball athletes, heroes to the young and old alike. With daylight travel times of between one and five hours per event, your name and logo can be seen by thousands of potential new customers. Drivers wearing shirts and jackets with your name and/or logo, crews with the same, driver’s uniforms with your name and logo are all building the brand awareness you are seeking. Souvenirs Throughout the year at each event souvenirs with your name and/or logo would be sold. These would be, but not limited to; T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and other garments. These will be worn at a multitude of locations and setting again exposing your creating name recognition for your company.
